CCK Broadcast spectrum skewed - study

The development of broadcasting industry is being chocked by skewed allocation of spectrum, an industry study has revealed.  The study carried out by audit firm Deloitte East Africa indicated that some frequencies are unused by broadcasters, stifling growth of the market.
