Ethnic balance dilemma

Is it possible to achieve ethnic balance in work places across the country? This is what the national cohesion and integration commission attempts to achieve by proposing policy that seeks to eliminate tribalism from the work places the proposed policy would require the private sector to work towards attaining a work force that is representative of the Kenyan face, failure to which companies would miss out on tenders and benefits from the government. Yet while the private sector agrees that it is indeed a noble endeavour, implementing it may be harder than it seems. KTN’s Wilkister Nyabwa Reports.
