KPCU woes

The co-operative ministry is sticking with an eu report that recommended the subdivision of giant Kenya Planters Co-Operative Union (KPCU). Minister Joseph Nyaga now says, a revival plan suggested last year by President Mwai Kibaki is no longer a priority in breathing new life to the union.
