Colourful moments during Jamhuri Day celebrations at Nyayo National Studium

President Uhuru Kenyatta Saturday tasked the Judiciary to expedite corruption cases before it in order to hasten the fight against corruption. While addressing Kenyans during Jamhuri Day celebrations at the Nyayo National Stadium, Uhuru said the Government was making notable steps to fight the vice and noted that Sh2.24 billion of corruptly acquired money has already been either recovered or frozen. The president said that anyone who has been implicated in graft should take personal responsibility.
