Ministry of Health is concerned over the rising cases of Covid-19 in Kenya

The Ministry of Health is concerned over the rising cases of Covid-19 in the country that has seen the positivity rate rise above 6 percent, they say, has risen from an average of 0.6 percent to 3.6 percent with a weekly average of 3.3 percent.  For a moment the Covid-19 situation seemed to be under control in the country, so what is driving this surge that experts say could reverse gains made in curbing the spread of the disease?
