Kenya’s malaria burden has dropped from 8% in 2015 to 6% in 2020. This is according to the Kenya malaria indicator survey 2020 released by the division of the national malaria program and the national bureau of statistics. The survey conducted every five years, is a periodic assessment that provides data on malaria prevention and case management, as well as the prevalence of malaria and anemia among children.
