We are starting with breaking news and former Spots CS Rashid Echessa has been  arrested by DCI detectives over fraudulent deals for purchasing firearms and ammunition. Echesa was fired by president Uhuru Kenyatta from the sports docket in march 2019. This is his second arrest in nine months.
