The Ruling Has Been Made Following An Application Filed By Miguna On Thursday Through His Lawyer John Khaminwa. The Ag Or Solicitor General Will Be Expected To Shade Light On The Events That Took Place On Tuesday That Saw Miguna Denied Entry Into A Lufthansa Flight To Nairobi And Later Ejected From An Air France Flight Over A Red Alert Apparently Issued By Government Officials In Nairobi.
