Human rights activist have moved to court to challenge the removal of board of directors of kenya farmers association limited. George Narok and Paul Maina in an application filed in court have instituted a case against trade cabinet secretary Peter Munya and commissioner for cooperative development.  The activists claims that the decision to remove the board of directors and appointing a caretaker board is unreasonable and unlawful.
