Solai tragedy victims through their lawyers have today dispatched 400 demand letters to Tindress Patel Coffee Estates Ltd asking the proprietor to admit civil liability to start negotiations towards full compensation over the May dam tragedy. Through Gordon Ogola and Kipkoech law firm the victims are demanding 500 million shillings payout.
