CS Munyes, KPC MD on Friday appeared before National Assembly's Public Investment Committee, to explain the delay in completion of the Mombasa-Nairobi pipeline, as well as the row in the company. Sources say that KPC has agreed to pay Lebanese contractor, Zhakem International, an extra Sh4.4 billion over delays, with the payment itself still under parliamentary investigation.
