Former Kisumu governor Jack Ranguma will finally have his day in court as date for appeal is set

A three?judge bench has been hearing an appeal filed by Kisumu former Governor Jack Ranguma after he lost his petition challenging election of his successor Prof Anyang Nyongo in January. Justice David Majanja ruled that the petitioner (Ranguma) had failed to prove that the elections were interfered with, further dealing Mr Ranguma a blow by slapping him with Sh5 million litigation cost for the petition. Kevin Ogutu joins us live from Kisumu with the proceedings so far.
