Matiba Fenural Committee brief the nation over burial arrangements

Majority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen (Elgeyo Marakwet) called for a review of the country’s historical curriculum to document the contributions of second generation heroes. “Our history is not well documented, our curricula should be reoriented to recognise such heroes,” said Mr Murkomen. While conveying his condolence message, Speaker Kenneth Lusaka described Matiba as a gallant politician whose contribution to the ideals of democracy cannot be ignored. Meanwhile, shareholders of Wangu Embori Farm plan to hold prayers for their departed chairman tomorrow.
