Lands cabinet secretary Faridah Karoney has prioritized digitalization of titling process as key to enhanced land ownership in the country. Speaking today after signing a deal to digitize the customer care department at Ardhi house, Ms Karoney said only 30% of land in Kenya is titled, a situation she says has impacted negatively on the matters of land management. She expressed hope that the success of that ambitious plan will see many youth and women start owning land easily and genuinely.
