Commercial sex workers in Busia county held a clean-up exercise of the Busia county referral hospital as a way of celebrating international sex workers rights day.  The exercise was led by the organization’s programmes manager Carolyne Kemunto who said the exercise was also a way of giving back to the society and help them reduce stigma among sex workers.
