Nyando MP Fred Outa has been released on 300000 shillings bond after he was charged for incitement. He was arrested on during the chaos at the Ahero Girls secondary school. Students went on rampage demanding the reinstatement of their principal Sarah Odipo who had been interdicted. The prosecution asked had court to order the MP's detention for three days as they completed investigations
