Weekend @ One: Mbarire asks male opponents to respect her as a woman, 8/10/2016

8th October, 2016

Runyenjes member of parliament Cecily Mbarire is now calling for respect from her male Embu gubernatorial race opponents.

Mbarire has said that she will not be intimidated by her male opponents noting that they have to respect her as a woman gubernatorial candidate and not to see her as a woman.

Speaking in her Runyenjes constituency, the legislator said that the male opponents should practice mature politics devoid of insults and intimidations and let the people of Embu decide on who will be the jubilee party nominee.
