News Desk 16th September 2016: Court to rule on detention of Haniya Sagaar, wife to late Aboud Rogo

A Mombasa court was this morning expected to rule on an application by police who want to detain the widow of slain Muslim cleric Aboud Rogo for 14 days. Prosecutors want Haniya Said Saggar detained until police conclude their investigations on her involvement in the foiled Sunday attack at the Mombasa central police station. She Haniya said Saggar was arrested on Wednesday as part of investigation into the aborted attack in which three female terrorists were shot dead and two police officers wounded.
