The ministry of devolution in conjunction with the council of governors are set to hold the 3rd devolution conference from the 20th-22nd of April. The conference, which comes after the end of the term of the Transition authority, will serve as a platform to review the achievements and challenges of each level of government. In attendance will be President Uhuru Kenyatta, prime minister of Namibia hon. Dr. Saara Kuugogelwa-Amadhila as well as delegates from Burundi.
