Anxiety in Rift Valley as ruling is expected to be done later today

The Hague based international criminal court is this evening set to make a key ruling that will determine whether deputy president William Ruto and his co accused journalist Joshua Arap Sang have a case to answer in relation to the 2007/08 post-election violence that rocked this country. Anxiety is high particularly in rift valley, Ruto’s backyard as his family and supporters hope that the 6pm communication will be no case to answer.
