Grief has engulfed Gwa Kungu village in Ndaragwa Division of nyandarua north Sub County after a12 year old girl was beheaded by an assailant who was later lynched by angry residents. The minor was allegedly raped before the assailant slashed her several times inside a house. It was reported that the class five pupils at kagondo primary school had just returned home from a nearby river where she had gone to fetch water when incident occurred. Her mother was at the farm. The residents later lynched the suspect.
