The prime suspect in the sh791 million national youth service (NYS) scandal Josephine Kabura says she believes she will be vindicated. Kabura appeared before the ethics and anti-corruption commission yesterday over an affidavit she swore linking several people into the deals. Kabura has among others linked former devolution cabinet secretary Anne Waiguru into the scam that the C.S had earlier appeared to have been cleared from. Accompanied by her lawyer Dennis Mosota she was grilled for over ten hours.
