Nandi hills lawmaker Alfred Keter and his kapseret counterpart Oscar Sudi now want leader of majority in the national assembly Aden Duale and deputy majority leader in the senate Kipchumba Murkomen to step aside from their parliamentary leadership positions to facilitate investigations into the NYS scandal. Yesterday, former devolution cabinet secretary Anne Waiguru linked the two lawmakers to the 791 million shilling nys scandal. Waiguru says the two allies of deputy president William Ruto attempted to slow down the investigations into the scam.
