President Yoweri Museveni is still leading in results so far declared by the Uganda Electoral Commission.results declared from 10247 polling stations show that Museveni has 2.19 million votes ahead of opposition leader Besigye’s 1.18 million votes.The electoral commission has warned the media and other organizations from announcing any results as it is the only body mandated to declare results,the commision will issue another update at 2.30 this afternoon
