While Kenya is still in mourning over the loss of some of her soldiers in Somalia, Uhuru Park in Nairobi hosted a memorial event as Kenyans kept vigil overnight in memory of the fallen soldiers. Candles were lit amid banners with solidarity messages as a number of kenyans braved the chilly night, sharing the feeling of nationhood in the face of adversary.
