20th January, 2016
The national police service commission has released the last of a police vetting exercise that saw more than one thousand uniformed officers vetted last year. The results saw seven officers declared unsuitable to continue serving in the police force; this even as the chair of the commission Johnson Kavuludi promised that the vetting exercise would now extend to the traffic police as well as the directorate of criminal investigations.
