ODM MPs accuse the judiciary of interfering with other arms of government

The uproar surrounding the judicial service act of 2015 continues with a section of ODM MPs accusing the executive of interfering with other arms of government. MPs Paul Otuoma of Funyula and Agostino Neto from Ndhiwa are faulting jubilee government for misusing their numerical advantage to water down gains attained in the constitution.They say under the current constitution chief justice is mandated to swear in the president and powers by executive to appoint will undermine the judicial system.
