Christmas travellers to Mount Kenya region were yesterday stranded in a six hour traffic jam that stretched from Thika town to Nairobi’s Roysambu area. Thika super highway was impassable for the better part of the day. Vehicles were bumper to bumper. There was no clear explanation as to what really caused the massive traffic jam. Traffic started in Nairobi’s Roysambu area headed towards Muranga.
