The water ministry and the county government of Mombasa have clinched a 25 billion shilling deal with World Bank to fund a water project that could end Mombasa county’s water problems. The agreement was signed on the sidelines of a session on water resources and climate change by Governor Ali Hassan Joho and the water and irrigation minister Eugene Wamalwa.
