A political row is brewing over who is exactly is responsible for the troubles of Deputy President William Ruto who is facing charges at the international criminal court. Yesterday opposition leader Raila Odinga sensationally claimed that President Uhuru Kenyatta was at the center of a plot that fixed his deputy at the ICC. Uhuru’s allies have since rejected the claims.
