Teachers’ unions want hearing changed and placed before justice Nduma Nderi next week Teachers’ unions have asked industrial court to change today’s hearing in order to have it placed before justice Nduma Nderi next week. Lawyers Ahmednassir Abdullahi, Paul Muite and Harun Ndumbi argue that the case to stop the strike is as a result of justice Nduma's judgement and thus he is best placed to determine the new development.
