Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto has urged the National Assembly to reject a bill on land ownerhsip saying it’s Anti-devolution. Ruto was speaking in Chepalungu where he faced off with Sotik MP Joyce Laboso at a church event. Security was tight for the fear of a political showdown between supporters of the two. Joyce Laboso vowed to challenge Governor Ruto for the governorship of Bomet come 2017.
