A Requiem Mass for the seven pupils who drowned in Diani last week is being held at the St Mary’s Cathedral Church in Murang’a. The bodies will then be released to their respective families for burial. The Mass is being presided over by Murang’a Bishop James Maria Wainaina. Another special Mass was held on Saturday. The seven were among 56 class eight pupils from St Martin Boys on an academic tour of Mombasa before the accident occurred. 49 of their colleagues survived the incident.
