Suspended Land CS Charity Ngilu has denied obstructing the Karen land investigation by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission. Ngilu took the plea today after a magistrate’s court declined to have her charged separately. Ngilu said she could have hampered the investigations because she was the one who wrote to the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission over the matter.
