SRC focuses on salary harmonization for public servants

The salaries and remuneration commission chair Sarah Serem says the job evaluation process in the public service will end in the next ten months. The Kenya public service sector has one thousand job families that the chair says they will be under evaluation. This, she claims is to bring stability in the salary remuneration. The Kenyan wage bill stands at 528 billion and the commission will be carrying this exercise to manage it within the economy of the nation.
