Parliamentary committee plans to petition president to take action against leaders in Baragoi

Speaking during a tour of the area, the committee members who met people from these communities said leaders from the area have not done enough to quell the conflict. In the latest massacre, at least 64 were killed. During the meeting between the leaders and the residents bandits sprayed bullets at Baragoi day school where the meeting was taking place. No one was injured in the incident.
