NCCK General Secretary Reverend Canon Peter Karanja urges Uhuru to act on corruption
18th March, 2015
The general secretary of the National council of churches of Kenya reverend Canon Peter Karanja has urged President Uhuru Kenyatta to walk the talk and root out corruption in the country. Karanja says the president should crack the whip on corrupt individuals in the jubilee administration instead of issuing statements without action. The NCCK boss said the current wave of graft allegations directed towards parliament and the ethics and anti-corruption commission has depicted the two oversight institutions as agents of corruption.
