A man in Nakuru County has been jailed for 75 years by a court in Nakuru for defiling his 12-year-old daughter. 42-year-old David Chege was accused of defiling his daughter and infecting her with HIV/aids on January 12, 2013. During the hearing, the girl told senior resident magistrate Judicaster Nthuku how the accused came home drunk and raped her and threatened her to keep quiet. The little girl instead reported the mater to her grandmother who then reported the matter to the police.
