Police recover goods worth Kshs 2 million in Nakuru

21st January, 2015

Police from the crime unit in Nakuru County have recovered an assortment of goods worth 2 million shillings hijacked by armed robbers at Pipeline along the Nakuru-Nairobi highway on Sunday night. A lorry carrying the cargo in transit from Nairobi to Eldoret was ambushed by an armed gang at around 10pm, Sunday. The turn boy and driver of the lorry were injured during the incident.
