The national transport safety authority has called on drivers and road users to observe traffic rules and regulations to avoid accidents during this festive season. Speaking in Nakuru during the launch of free clinic for speed governors, director of road safety Matthew Munyao said NTSA is checking on public service vehicles and commercial vehicles to ensure they have functioning speed governors. NTSA will also check if speed governors have been tampered with or not.
