The Nairobi city county is requesting the judiciary to strengthen the county courts by increasing the number of staff owing to the workload currently being experienced at the courts located at county hall. Nairobi governor Dr. Evans Kidero in a meeting with chief justice Dr. Willy Mutunga said that there is need for more courts in every sub-county. Mutunga on the other hand said that he will hold a forum with the judges and magistrates and address the matter raised by Nairobi governor.
