National Police Service Commission to appeal high court’s decision to annual recruitment
7th November, 2014
The National Police Service Commission will appeal the high court’s decision to annual recruitment of 10,000 recruits in the police force. The commission said the Independent Policing Oversight Authority does not supervise NPSC to warrant the court’s ruling. The NPSC also said a total of 172 out of 198 police officers that were vetted by the National Police Service Commission have been appointed to the new ranks.
