Nakuru County Governor Kinuthia Mbugua signs 5 Bills into law

Nakuru county governor Kinuthia Mbugua has maintained that devolution is working and challenged those doubting it to borrow a leaf from the counties that have shown tremendous development. Mbugua admitted that it was through the support of the residents that Nakuru was able to make vital steps towards development and called for harmonious working relations between the county and the national government. Mbungua was speaking after signing 5 bills into law. Some of the bills included county petition and county assembly bill 2014, vocational training and technical bill 2014 among others.
