Nakuru matatu owners taken through cat and mouse games with the NTSA officers over TLB insurance

28th October, 2014

Matatu owners in Nakuru County are asking the transport cabinet secretary Michael Kamau to intervene over the delayed TLB certificates issuance. Speaking to the press in Nakuru, the more than 100 owners of PSV’s expressed their concern over the delays that have led to several vehicles being impounded by police for violating public transport regulations. They say most of the matatu owners have cleared paying for the certificates but authorities have subjected them to cat and mouse games with the NTSA officers.
