He named some of the achievements of the transformation as open recruitment system of judges and magistrates, fight against corruption among judicial and administrative officers and expansion of the court’s infrastructure.The CJ was speaking during the east African magistrates and judges association conference held at a Nairobi hotel that was graced by president Uhuru Kenyatta
