Following the recent political bickering around the country and the ugly incidents witnessed in Migori, Nandi and Makueni, the office of registrar of political parties has issued a stern warning to politicians and all political parties not to engage in violence. The registrar of political parties Lucy Ndungu says they are investigating some of the incidents and those found guilty will face stiff penalties. The secretary generals from the 59 registered political parties agreed to make sure that such incidents are a thing of the past.
