The senate committee on devolved governments has criticized the plan by the council of governors to dissolve the Makueni County government. The committee led by Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has organized an enquiry whereby the Makueni governor will be required to explain why he thinks the county government should be dissolved.
