The principle secretary in the ministry of foreign affairs Karanja Kibicho has warned Kenyans intending to work in foreign countries to register with the ministry of foreign affairs before making the move. He was speaking after opening a 3 weeks induction training for the newly appointed ambassadors. He says no official communication to that effect from South Sudan government has reached his ministry
