Tudor African Inland Church, Mombasa rocked by leadership wrangles
15th September, 2014
Controversies and confusion over leadership has continued to rock the African Inland Church Tudor in Mombasa. During the Sunday worship yesterday exchange of bitter words almost disrupted the normal church proceedings and a contingent of general service police officers were hurriedly deployed to avert what seemed to be a possible clash by two factions fighting for ownership of the church and its property. The AIC-Kenya bishop in Mombasa David Mutua’s who was in the congregation at Tudor AIC accompanied by some of his officials attempted to address the congregation from the pulpit but he was never allowed.
