Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has filed a motion with the leader of majority to summon the cabinet secretary for foreign affairs Amb. Amina Mohamed for what the MP calls failure to implement parliament’s decisions. Kuria said that parliament passed a motion on 15th December 2010 requiring Kenya to withdraw from ICC. The first term legislator says that the CS Amina will appear before parliament on 14th October to explain why she should not be sacked for ignoring the national assembly’s decision.
